There are many benefits for choosing to get in shape at home. For me, I always liked going to the gym because it was a really good reason to get out of the house. The problem became the massive amount of time that it was taking out of my day.

There are even online gyms that you can join now. By paying a small monthly fee (much less than a real gym,) you will have access to ongoing workout programs that you can stream from your computer.
